We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for speaking with existing and potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through friendly communication. The ideal candidate will be friendly and pleasant having the ability to communicate confidently to a wide range of customers. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a team environment and enjoy engaging with people.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to our customers and progressing leads to promote our products and services.

• Proficiency in using Word and Outlook would be an advantage.

• Aministration capability to maintain accurate records of calls made, customer responses, and follow-up actions required.

• Good motivation needed whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.​

Qualifications:

• Experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.

• A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.

• Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in a business environment.

• A positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
